Our team at Highline Beta is customer-obsessed doers who are driven by outcomes over outputs. You will be collaborating with a cross-functioning team made up of researchers like Mary Bulnes Vélez, designers like Henry Li, and strategists like Akshat Niranjan.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities
Create, analyze, and communicate results from growth and marketing experiments to further validate new businesses for both our corporate clients and venture studio
Develop and maintain growth methodologies and guidelines for validating and growing early stage net new businesses
Integrate research insights and assumptions into the design of experiments
Design experiments in order to answer key Desirability, Viability and Feasibility hypotheses, choosing methods and success metrics accordingly
Develop, implement and manage market viability tests (i.e. early traction testing, channel acquisition strategies, etc.), price testing, customer acquisition cost calculation, competitor research and branding tests
Contribute copywriting to ads and landing pages, articulating testable value propositions and “Reasons to believe”
Coach both internal & external teams in both growth/marketing technical and core competencies
What you’ll need
Qualifications
You have 3-5 years experience helping validate new businesses with a focus on growth, marketing & branding
You have 5+ years experience doing some combination of demand generation, lead generation, SEO, SEM, paid marketing, content marketing, and product-led growth
You have a proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross channel user acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives
You are skilled in the use of business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Optimizely, Mixpanel; able to implement new tools, technologies & systems
We would love if you have experience with:
D2C business, and in particular validating, launching and optimizing e-commerce businesses
Conducting social listening on various platforms
Acquiring customers for B2B products
Creative copywriting and editing skills
