We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the Regional Operations Director position for our office located in Calgary, AB. The position will be reporting to the Senior Director, Installations. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited, to the following:
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, manage and inspire the team which include installation managers, supervisors and the installers, ensuring that we provide prompt, top quality, installation work for all aspects of the exterior home renovation and restorations projects, rebuilt work as well as emergency repairs from start to completion.
Manage, inspire and continuously build national installer base, ensure the required capacity is put in place in all markets; train and manage the top installers who can deliver top quality workmanship for each project safely and on time.
Continuously ensure that company policies and expectations are being met and customer are receiving an exceptional customer experience, though clear communication, accurate and timely response while ensure work quality is maintained.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Experience, Traits and Qualifications
Possess at least ten years’ relevant experience in exterior home renovation and restorations industry, have a strong understanding and sound knowledge in assessing residential exterior installations (roofing, siding, windows, doors, building envelope) and industry best practices
A solution-driven self-starter and a go-getter with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written); demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises, taking good care of our customers and resolving issues tactfully and professionally
Extraordinary organization, time management and multitasking skills, able to manage hundreds of insurance exterior restorations simultaneously and respond to inquiries promptly at all times
Possess good business acumen and leadership skills; adaptable and capable in learning and using different systems and applications
Possess a valid driver’s license, willing to travel and work outside of primary market when required.
