As a member of the Registrar’s Office team, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and support to students, staff and the general public on matters pertaining to student registration and records. You will do this by fostering a working environment that is open, collaborative and student-centered in its approach to customer service. You will responsible for providing front line services to students and the general public on a wide range of topics pertaining to university policies, programs and services. We are looking for someone to help us build on our commitment to student success while also seeking out new opportunities for collaboration with our campus partners as they will provide input and recommendations on how to streamline and improve existing processes within the Registrar’s Office. You will work with a dynamic team of talented colleagues, an engaged community and an impactful executive team.

What you’ll do
- Provides front line customer service and information to students, staff, faculty and the general public regarding admissions, registration, student loans, and awards processes, University programs, services, procedures and policies. Redirects inquiries and refers people to other campus services as necessary.
- Prepares routine and non-routine correspondence, and other documentation related to admissions and registration.

What you’ll bring
- Completion of one year (approximately 30 credits) of post-secondary education.
- Two years of related work experience, preferably in dealing with the public in an educational setting.

Days and Hours of Work
Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm. This position may include evenings, weekends and non-standard work weeks.

$3,723 per month (with increments to a max of $4,186 per month)
