The position will report to the Sr. Director M&A Integrations, focusing on Cross Functional Integration & a process-based approach to applications integration. The Candidate must bring sound experience in M&A integrations, with a focus on transitioning knowledge from due diligence to actionable integration steps. Significant experience in business process reviews and documentation with an eye to detail is critical.

Building great relationships across all levels and functions of an organization, both internally and externally
Leading process reviews, including documentation, gap identification and determining appropriate actions to address them
Reviewing activities on a cross-functional basis to ensure dependencies are identified, tracked and addressed
Ensuring operational risks are identified and addressed through a project lifecycle
Leading projects from a functional perspective, including key change management activities, UAT activities, readiness assessments and supporting functional leads.
Providing key insights for operational communications pre- and post go-live, including reporting to senior management
Fostering a ‘one team’ project environment
What it takes
8+ years relevant experience with M&A integrations, with a strong focus on process integration
Experience reviewing complex business processes end-to-end, identifying dependencies and understanding how these relate to supporting applications
Proven ability to build networks and leverage these with personal influence to drive success
Due diligence experience (operational or financial), including exposure to Transitional Services Agreements, would be beneficial
Experience coaching others through change
Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
