Principal Responsibilities:
Calgary Jewish Federation and the Paperny Family JCC are excited to announce the search for our next superstar team member to join us in a newly-created, integrated community position, Director of Engagement Programs. The Director of Engagement Programs will hold primary responsibility for supervising programs within the Federation and JCC engagement portfolio. These include, but are not limited to: arts & culture, seniors programs, youth and teens, emerging gen, inclusion, and PJ Library. The position will require assisting with and leading broader community engagement initiatives, as well as identifying collaborative opportunities. The individual within this role will encourage teamwork and collaboration, identify needs within the various program areas with a focus on bridging program opportunities between Federation and the JCC, and will strengthen relationships with external Jewish and secular organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a team player, be knowledgeable in Jewish culture and practices, and have relevant experience in the nonprofit /charitable / education sectors.

Salary:
75,000 – 85,000
