CEO Assistant

In this role, you will:

  • Provide daily support of administrative and personal assistant duties for the CEO
  • Organize travel arrangement procedures, fill forms, and manage their execution for the CEO and Staff
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and updating changes to appointments.
  • Provide or help processing word documents for the CEO when needed.
  • Help or manage CEO’s business calendar and contacts
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls as needed.
  • Liaise with third parties and agents on behalf of the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.

Skills & Qualifications
1. High School Graduation completion required and Office Administration or Secretarial diploma would be a plus.
2. Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
3. Technology Savvy – use of Iphone and latest technology features
5. Professional and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
6. Good Communication Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$78,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Work remotely:

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19
