In this role, you will:
- Provide daily support of administrative and personal assistant duties for the CEO
- Organize travel arrangement procedures, fill forms, and manage their execution for the CEO and Staff
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and updating changes to appointments.
- Provide or help processing word documents for the CEO when needed.
- Help or manage CEO’s business calendar and contacts
- Arrange meetings and conference calls as needed.
- Liaise with third parties and agents on behalf of the Company.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
Skills & Qualifications
1. High School Graduation completion required and Office Administration or Secretarial diploma would be a plus.
2. Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
3. Technology Savvy – use of Iphone and latest technology features
5. Professional and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
6. Good Communication Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
