- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- English and French required
- 2+ year’s of Management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
- 2+ year’s of cross functional project management experience
- 2+ year’s of experience making process improvement via Kaizens and use of LEAN tools
- Experience using and communicating performance metrics
**Role includes working a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
**Travel expectations will be approximately 25 – 75%.
Amazon Logisitcs (AMZL) is seeking a Bi-lingual (English/French) Program Manager to work within the AMZL Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all ACES Process & Standard Work Documentation conversion to French for New Quebec Based AMZL Station Launches
- Coordinate all ACES Tools language compatibility with French
- Coordinate all ACES Training Documentations including Videos and Wikis conversion to French
- Coordinate all ACES Performance Reporting Portals & Decks compatibility with French
- Supplement the efforts of those members of the ACES Process improvement team members whose primary focus will be Standard Work implementation and language compatibility
- Support the work of ACES teams working to improve the vision, content, and delivery of ACES Training program
- Ensure 100% parity in Quality of Conversion of all Documents, Tools, Portals, Decks and Training Documents
- Masters Degree
- Ability to lead, teach and develop associates and mangers to deliver key or organizational goals
- Experience using and communicating performance metrics
- Proven ability to influence others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle changing priorities
- Ability to simplify high scope topics for broad audiences
