To ensure effective and efficient administration and operation, our Colleges require highly qualified and motivated academic and operational administrators. Similar to the qualifications established for instructional positions, candidates for administrative positions should possess the appropriate credential at the required level of achievement. Candidates for academic leadership positions require a Doctoral degree or at a minimum, a Masters’ degree in a relevant discipline combined with significant administration experience in an academic institution.
