Helping the manager meet his budget and exceed sales targets
Assist the manager in the control of the hours budget without exceeding the determined plan
Assist the manager with the recruitment, hiring and training of candidates who will satisfy the high standards and integrity of the company.
Ensure that associates are trained to provide unparalleled customer service.

Skills Required:
