Responsible for supporting multiple sales channels and assisting with the development of multimedia communications to support the growth of our B2B partnerships. Creating, executing, evaluating marketing assets, lead generation campaigns and customer success strategies. CRM is a core aspect of your daily activities, supporting the master brand and sales goals.
Description
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and includes cross-functional collaborations and working closely with Sales.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and passionate about customer marketing, CRM initiatives across the sales funnels, and who looks for ways to grow the business and achieve quarterly goals. In this position, strong communication skills, and understanding of sales funnels and how best to engage and nurture is important. We are looking for someone who is business-minded, passionate and driven to succeed, and able to pivot in your day-to-day plans, leaving room for the entrepreneurial spirit and shifts that come with that along the way.
Responsibilities include:

Supporting and executing marketing sales support initiatives (including engagement campaigns for existing and new clients across digital platforms and collaborating on custom collateral, communications and product fulfillment).

Executing strategies for each of our key sales channels and drafting plans that transition the vision to execution.

Developing, scheduling and post-evaluating email marketing, including newsletters and eblasts.

Crafting content (drip-email marketing, blog posts, customer success stories, customer newsletters etc.) that open new business leads and nurture.

SEO optimization for top-of-funnel lead generation.

Salesforce and MailChimp activations, including list building and reporting.

Creating and scheduling social media posts across applicable platforms, with focus on LinkedIn.

Assisting with B2B public relations, video, webinar and interview series, and customer outreach strategies.

Conducting research and reporting trends and insights for marketing and trade proposals.

Reviewing our master brand website and app experience, looking for efficiencies, ways to enhance, and sales growth opportunities as it relates to our B2B customers.

The ideal candidate:

Loves all things B2B marketing and excited to jump into our sales funnels and build multi-faced strategies that reach, connect, and nurture.

An experienced professional working in a B2B marketing role for at least 2 years.

Experience with CRM management, Salesforce, Pardot, Constant Contact, promo platforms (like commonsku), and Hootsuite.

Passionate about digital and social marketing with an understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and how we can influence in these media channels to promote sales.

Strong storytelling and presentation skills. Comfortable developing content and briefing graphic designer(s)/creatives to build presentations and collateral. Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to project manage, problem-solve, and build internal and external relationships.

Self-starter. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an entrepreneurial environment.

Understanding and ability to execute in MailChimp or other email platforms.

Basic proficiency with HTML and CSS is desired for this role.

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields, with proven success.
Experience that may set you apart:

Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS organizations.

Tradeshow experience, including planning, execution, relationship building on event day(s), and setup.

Strong understanding of Salesforce, MailChimp, Shopify, WordPress (Elementor), Hootsuite, and Asana.

Knowledgeable with SEO/Google AdWords, Instagram and Facebook Ads.

Strong content (storytelling) writing and copywriting.

Able to execute basic HTML and CCS and basic design proficiency with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
