Position Summary
We are looking for a Brand Director for Nespresso based at our Montreal location reporting into the Marketing VP. The purpose of the position is to define, coordinate, and implement the Brand development and the Communication strategy for Canada in order to reach the country quantitative and qualitative objectives.
A day in the life of…
As a Brand Director, you will:
Define and pilot Brand Development & 360 communication strategy of Nespresso Canada campaign in collaboration with our Head Quarter and the Canadian marketing team.
Develop the Brand awareness, Consideration and Preference of Nespresso in consideration of different maturities of Canadian geographies through impactful 360 marketing campaign
Implement Media & Advertising Strategy to develop traffic generation and the brand DNA.
Drive Canada’s PR/Event Partnership Strategy & Social Media plan to develop engagement
Define the yearly Marketing plan and the long-term vision in resonance to the Business Unit main strategic stakes
to align day-to-day action plans
while developing a ‘synergy’ thinking
Manage the external agencies’ eco-system
Manage Canada brand communication budget & associated reporting and monitoring to meet KPI
Support new products launches with appropriate campaign
Lead and supervise team members by regularly communicating expectations to them. Collaborate with and support the leaders of each team to build appropriate development plans and ensure the achievement of agreed business objectives.
What will make you successful
Ten to twelve years of experience in managing national marketing campaigns.
Ability to have a strategic vision, good analytical, planning and control skills.
Experience in developing and implementing a 360° marketing plan.
Known experience in supervision and team management.
Experience in the media industry (traditional and digital media), PR and events
Experience in development of strategic copy
Thorough knowledge of the Canadian market and its media industry.
Strong customer focus.
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English – French)
