Arthur A. Wishart Library, Algoma University Reporting to the Vice-President Academic and Research, the University Librarian provides strategic leadership and vision in planning and managing the operations and functions of the Arthur A. Wishart Library and the Engracia de Jesus Matias Archives (comprising the University’s records and those of the Anglican Diocese of Algoma).
