The worker will then search online for the job history of these alumni since graduation. Information can be found on LinkedIn or other sources. Purpose: To contribute to the effective functioning of the department by providing administrative support to the Department Chair and the undergraduate program in all aspects under the jurisdiction of that office including co-ordination of academic administrative processes, budget administration, committee support and general administrative support for the Department Chair. Education: Community College diploma in related field (such as Office Administration), or an equivalent of 2 years recent experience (defined as within the last three years)
