Office ManagerAccounting Duties include: Monthly reconciliation of bank account(s). Ensure receivables are collected promptly with the assistance of applicable departments. Code and pay supplier invoices, and reconcile vendor statements in a timely manner. Balance and maintain accurate ledgers. Generating a variety of client invoicing, including finance charges, statements, dockage, rent, etc. Process payroll in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
