You Move Me is revitalizing the $15b moving industry. With a combination of cutting edge technology, amazing customer service and a team that is bent on making a difference for our customers and our Franchise Partners, you will lead You Move Me to the next level by driving performance, looking for innovations and scaling the operation throughout North America. You have worked as a change agent who enjoys inspiring others, rolling up your sleeves to get things done and building systems that allow a company to scale quickly. Ideally, you have experience as a CEO or COO in a fast-paced company and have broad experience in entrepreneurial ventures.

Here is what you are going to be doing!

Leading the overall strategy from current eight figure system-wide revenues to North American wide scale

Driving growth, profitability and company value

Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth

Attracting, retaining and developing world-class talent

Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture

Driving day-to-day operations

Aligning resources to achieve key business goals

Owning the operational budget

Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy and strategic objectives

Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and product

Reporting updates to the Board and Investors regarding progress on strategic goals

Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth

Being the public champion for the business

Establishing credibility throughout the Customer and Franchise Partner network

What we would like to see in you!

A plucky attitude! 😉

5+ years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with investor funding and 20+ employees

Bachelor’s Degree

P&L responsibilities at CEO or another senior level

Proven track record of building successful products, services and high performing teams

Prior working experience in developing CX focused products and services

Relevant consumer and home services industry experience

Experience in working with the board and investors
