Chief Executive Officer

Our client is looking for an experienced mining industry executive to take on the role of CEO for a soon to be public company.

The suitable candidate should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the mining industry at the executive level.
Experience preferred but not necessary, in the precious metals space including Gold, Silver, Copper, etc.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a natural resources focus also preferred but experience is an acceptable alternative.

Duties will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

• Liaising with other industry professionals for promotion and marketing
• Attendance at, and participation in, various industry networking events for the purpose of advancing and promoting the company’s interests in the marketplace. These events may include at any particular time, conventions, virtual or otherwise, such as the annual PDAC Convention traditionally held in Toronto. Experience
• Connecting and interfacing with existing and current investors as well as promoting the company and its interests to new and potential investors; private, individual and institutional
• Contributing to the creation or expansion of the company’s social media footprint including, but not necessarily limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Conducting and participating in the production of various promotional activities including doing interviews, podcasts, Youtube videos, etc.
• Doing TV, radio, and internet interviews and commentary programs for promoting and advancing the company’s interests
• Appearing in various formats on industry-based media outlets such as Stockhouse, Mining.com, The Northern Miner, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $120,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
