Description
Provides support to Moncton Community & Family Services Kettle Campaign during the Christmas Season
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with recruitment of and scheduling of volunteers for Kettle shifts for a designated area.
- May be required to deliver promotional materials, meet volunteers, and stand at a kettle when needed for necessary coverage/emergency absences
- Represent The Salvation Army in a positive, professional manner.
- Assist with pick up of kettles and counting on a rotating schedule.
- Receive donations, sort and record as per operating policies.
- Assist with administrative and other duties relating to the Christmas program (i.e. Kettles, Hampers, Santa Shuffle) as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Completed High School or equivalents
Experience:
- Related experience is an asset
- Must provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination**

- Ability to maintain information in confidence and exercise good judgement.
Hours:
- 20 hours per week, flexible
- Duration – Nov 1 – to December 24, 2021
