We’re looking for a Client Director who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to key clients, building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs. It’s an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our clients, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.

Joining our commercial team, you’ll own the relationship with one of our largest retail clients in North America, leading your team to deliver and grow the P&L in order to ultimately grow our revenue in the region.

What we expect from you

To be able to develop the vision & long-term strategy for assigned client in order to deliver measurable value for clients & sustainable revenues for dunnhumby, in a profitable manner.

To own the relationship with the client, driving engagement and managing the relationship with key client stakeholders at board level, communicating the value / benefits our work is contributing to their business and positioning dunnhumby as a key strategic partner.

Someone who can collaborate relentlessly across the team, including I&T / Capability, in order to create a ‘joined up’ approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan / roadmap.

To have the ability to conducts regular business performance reviews internally with teams and externally with clients to ensure value is being delivered to both parties in the most efficient way using client value and client satisfaction inputs.

To nurture high performing Client Managers in the team, ensuring they have the necessary coaching, skills and knowledge to do their jobs successfully.

To manage risk effectively, provide visible and consistent leadership on Values and Code of Business Conduct and act where you see issues. Protect our team by ensuring they have the skills and training needed including completing SLS.
