ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be part of a brand new branch of the Pilothouse tree in the recently added Community Engagement department. This position is responsible for overseeing comment moderation, reviews, and customer service/engagement for multiple client accounts at Pilothouse. Leveraging the brand communities directly improves ad performance and makes a huge difference for our clients.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Oversee the community activity for multiple accounts throughout the day. Some accounts have upwards of 200 live ads at any given time and hundreds of comments and messages daily.
Respond to comments, private messages, reviews, and posts in a manner that is reflective of the respective account’s brand.
Create filters to manage the posting of offensive content on ads.
Report to the management team and keep a detailed daily activity log.
Record patterns, trends, and potential opportunities that arise within conversations and comments.
Label common topics and sentiments on incoming messages.
Assist in the creation of weekly engagement reports.
Work collectively within the department as well as with the media buying team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in a customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work weekends
Experience managing social media
Strong team player
Ability to work autonomously
Highly organized
Ability to adapt to a growing company
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Experience copywriting
