HOURS:
- Contract- (July 1, 2021 – Mar 31, 2022) – Thursday’s noon-4.00 p.m.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests and schedule shower access during the drop-in times.
- Welcome and offer information about the showers and our other TSA/Community Services.
- Maintain coffee, tea supply in Drop-In Centre.
- Distribute towels and hygiene products for guest use.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, advising team when new supply is needed.
- Ensure smooth operational flow for guests, maintaining efficiencies to maximize guest use of showers within tight turnaround times for enhanced cleaning protocols.
- Make the last call for showers by 3.30 p.m.
- coordinating with the team.
- Ensure drop-in closes by 4.00 p.m.
- Offer support to Janitor, ensuring the 2 staff ratio is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:
- Experience with vulnerable population.
- Understanding of local community services.
Successful candidates, prior to hiring, may be required to provide:
- Background check consent.
- A clear vulnerable sector screening.
- A clean drivers abstract.
- Completion of our online Armatus Abuse Training and required Health and Safety training.
