What you’ll bring to this role
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
8-12 years’ experience in a leading management consulting firm, demonstrating knowledge of strategy, operations and technology used by EUMI Industry and asset-intensive (Energy/Utilities/Mining) clients to serve their customers and stakeholders. It is important to be able to have credibility with clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge in one or more of the EUMI industry and operational functions.
Proven success in building relationships with key Industry stakeholders.
Experience working in or managing projects in one or more of the following areas would be an asset: Asset Lifecycle Management, Mobility, Analytics, Capital Projects, Cyber Security, IoT.
Experience managing or delivering large business and IT transformations and full life-cycle projects would be an asset (SAP ERP/EAM or Maximo, Salesforce)
Proven track record of managing and delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, individual initiative and motivating teams.
Ability to develop and manage strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client work across multiple client projects.
Demonstrated capability in thought leadership, new business development and securing project extensions, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities.
Proven leader with extensive abilities to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, lead teams to generate a vision, leverage diverse views, and help develop and grow team members throughout the course of every engagement.
Candidates should be prepared to travel as client base may be across Canada
Fluent English is a requirement, ideally, the candidate would be Bilingual in French and English
