Manages all programs, including allocating funds for specific programs, reporting, administration, organizational marketing and social media, other administrative functions of The Children’s Foundation.
- Process, track and complete all applications for programs (Playing for Keeps & Camps of Hope)
- Oversee all marketing operations including website, social media, programs and services
- Receipting of all General Donations and responsible for all inputting of General Donations into data base program
- Handle incoming requests from Highland Shores Children’s Aid workers
- Handle promotions of programs and services within the community
- Volunteer Management including interviewing, logging and contacting all volunteers for general tasks (not including events)
- Responsible for updating, sending out and managing TCF annual Grant
- Provide additional support to fundraising activities as needed
- Manage, support and prepare all documentation for additional TCF programs (Sleep Baby Safe, Helping Hands, Christmas Programming)
- Maintain statistics from TCF programs with HSCA families
- Cover general office tasks including incoming phone calls, general asks, mail, and other administrative duties requested from Executive Director
- Prepare letters and complete applications for grants and foundations and maintain, prepare and publish reports for ongoing or existing funding (excluding budgets)
- Organize, update and take minutes for Programs and Services Committee
- Assess current TCF programs and services and connect annually with HSCA to see if changes are needed and or if new programs need to be created
- Organize, operate and carry out TCF internal events such as Reach for Success Youth Awards, AGM and any staff engagement events within HSCA

Experience:
- 2 years experience in the not for profit sector, preferably within the child welfare sector
- 2 years marketing/social media experience
- Education related to marketing, public relations, fundraising, administration
This is a full time role based out of our Belleville location, Monday to Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with occasional after hours and weekends.
