- You have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in E-Commerce within retail industry
- You have an amazing attention for detail and are consistent with your approach
- You are quite technology-savvy
- You can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face
- You work well with deadlines and can organize and prioritize your workload all by yourself (and well!)
- You understand how to work in a matrixed environment, both with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external vendors
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a member of the Commercial Management Team and proactively contribute to IKEA business plan, commercial plan and commercial calendar process
- Responsible for ensuring coordination across parties, agendas and activities which have a direct impact on the local E-Commerce P&L, through development of a local Online Calendar integrated with the overall Commercial Calendar
- Responsible for planning, prioritizing and steering local Commercial Web/E-commerce activities within frame set by Digital Unit
- Responsible for identifying opportunities and deviations through deep understanding, and careful monitoring of the E-Commerce P&L, and developing appropriate actions accordingly, in cooperation with Selling and BNOF colleagues
- Monitor performance, SLAs and KPIs and provide input to relevant for improvement of cost position, customer experience and operational efficiency
- Secure prioritization among key stakeholders for tools/systems to enable a better customer experience (and co-worker experience) and work within frames set by Digital Unit to realize
- Provide input to key stakeholders to feed business plan and market input
- Secure a competent and high performing E Commerce cross-functional team that will strongly contribute to reach the common objectives and goals (e.g. growth, profitability, sales and customer experience)
- Contribute to the transformation of the Commercial functions to become truly multichannel, by developing their online competence and enabling them to take true multichannel ownership
