Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
10 years post-designation experience with continued growth in responsibilities and increased complexity of roles. Experience in a senior leadership position Experience developing and leading innovative planning and programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Experience in gerontology is considered an asset. At least 3 years experience at an operational level, as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning and programs in a complex, multi- stakeholder environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Jubilee Residences is a recognized (e.g. accredited through Accreditation Canada) and established provider of long-term care (200 residents) in affiliation with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The organization also provides affordable housing (250 housing units) through its �caring community� model and vision. Its purpose and mission is to provide excellence in care, shelter and support. Jubilee Residences Inc. owns and operates five facilities in Saskatoon with the intent to expand its social housing portfolio through new property development in the next five years.
