Job Description Summary
Plans at a tactical level and manages the effective use of resources and directs assigned staff to develop, implement and maintain large complex system(s) and/or project(s). Facilitates and/or participates in and has input to the design/development process.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manages to the tactical and operational plan for assigned information systems and/or projects of business unit significance.
Advocates the use of technology to develop and/or redesign the organization’s processes.
Accountable for directing staff to achieve deliverables. Cost benefit is the key driver for enhancement and/or project prioritization.
Responsible for all aspects of the human resource management of staff.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
5 years of technology or business related experience required.
Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
7 years of technology or business related experience preferred.
2 years of experience managing others preferred.
