Our team, dedicated to fuelling and supporting firm growth, is looking for an Advisor – Marketing to better deploy the full breadth of our offering to existing and future clients. As part of a dynamic and agile team, you will primarily support Business Development in the design and delivery of marketing initiatives.
What you will do:
Develop support materials for in‑person and virtual client meetings
Organize external events and meetings, including content and coordination with internal and external actors
Stay abreast of trends and developments in targeted industries to help clients craft effective and proactive responses
Create, update and monitor account management performance reports
Serve as an internal reference for sharing best practices, tools and other resources within the firm
Collaborate effectively with various teams: event management, graphic design, communications and proposals
What you bring to this role:
Proven experience in developing marketing tools that deliver results
Team player with strong relationship building skills
Project management experience
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French
At least five years of experience in a marketing agency or team
University degree in business administration
Business development experience an asset
