Director of Food & Beverage (Full-time, 1 position available)

Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage the operation of: 100 seat restaurant / 100 seat patio / pizzeria & take out restaurant / 600 person capacity conference centre

Create, execute & monitor processes and procedures relating to each operation

Communication & updates to staff

Hiring & training of new staff

Scheduling of staff in each area based on business needs & events

Inventory management of food supplies & beverages for each area of operation

Manage content & coordinate updates in POS system & online ordering application

Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders / ensure customer service levels are above expectation

Provide input on promotions & marketing events & ensure systems are updated to aligned in each area of operation

Qualifications:
3+ years F&B experience in a high volume, multi-faceted hospitality environment

Deep knowledge of the food industry

Organizational skills to the highest level

Great leadership abilities & communication skills

Customer oriented and customer service mindset

Proficiency and proven expertise in MS Office including the ability to create and manage reports

Previous experience in POS systems & online ordering systems (experience in Universal & Moduurn an asset)

Must be available and willing to work around business needs (all hours of the day, weekends & holidays)
