Now, in this time of increasing population growth and the rising need for new, revitalized and effectively maintained HRCE facilities, the HRCE is seeking its next Director of Operations Services to lead this key portfolio. As a key member of the Senior Management team reporting to the Regional Executive Director of Education, as the Director of Operations Services, you will collaborate across the organization to ensure the maintenance of safe, effective, and efficient facilities. You will provide overall leadership for the Operations Department including the areas of school transportation, maintenance, custodial, and capital planning & delivery. You will build strong working relationships with provincial partners, oversee legal contracts and lease agreements, and ensure compliance within local, provincial and federal regulatory frameworks.
