DIRECTOR OF POLICY & ADMINISTRATION

Responsible to: Executive Director, Associate ED, Advisory Board

Purpose:To provide leadership to the marketing and promotion subcommittee and the casual volunteers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide guidance in relation to the policies and procedures of MUAV.

Work alongside the Executive Director by ensuring the values and policies of MUAV are being followed correctly.

To advise on new policies that would promote growth and opportunity with MUAV.

Actively communicate with the Executive and Advisory Board

To ensure all casual volunteers are aware of the mission and vision of Man Up Against Violence.

Skills:
Experience with economics, business administration, policy making or a public administration background is an asset.

Time Commitment:Approximately 4-6 hours per month, but can exceed 15 hours during months where events are scheduled.
