Responsibilities

Spearhead people programs and initiatives that align with the vision

Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting including hunting for the best talent

Create incredible onboarding experiences for new employees

Develop career progression plans that allow employees to see a path for growth

Use data and people analytics to guide strategy and make informed decisions

Coach managers to be the best managers

Create a diverse and inclusive culture

Retain top talent

Anything and everything else that comes your way

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 5 years of P&C experience in a high-growth SaaS startup

Superior relationship skills. People-first language and thinking is essential.

Track record for HR solutions including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, career progression, and recognition

Full-cycle tech recruiting
