The Division Inclusive Education Lead Teacher is responsible for collaborating with Division administration, school administration and school-based learning support teachers to foster inclusive learning environments throughout ECCS, and ensuring compliance with Alberta Education and ECCS policies and procedures.
In addition, the Division Inclusive Education Coordinator has responsibility for:
Developing, leading and implementing the management of Divisional and School-based Inclusive Education Plans
Management of Health and Wellness Planning
Coordinated planning/service provision
Crisis Response for ECCS
Family School Liaison Worker Program
Support Staff supervision and evaluation
Develop and host Professional Development (PD) opportunities to enhance inclusive education practices
Diploma Exam and PAT accommodations
IPPs and Action Plans
Intervention/specialized programming/ESL
Policies/Procedures for Inclusive Education
Monthly Reporting for ECCS Administration and Board meetings
Program Unit Funding Administration
VIBE Management
Early Childhood Development Coalition
Individuals exhibiting the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and exercise servant leadership
School administrative experience
