You use a participative management approach with your teams, and constantly strive to implement a working climate with a focus on employee validation and accountability.

Main responsibilities :
Establish annual business development plans, in collaboration with head office

Promote and share the establishment’s strategic orientations, positioning, and values with employees

Manage the planning of the budget and financial situation for the establishment

Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of the St-Hubert customer experience, and implement measures aimed at increasing employee accountability

Establish communication mechanisms for all personnel and host certain meetings

Manage the performance appreciation program

Foster the development of internal succession

Implement all measures required to optimize employee loyalty

Select and train the members of the management team

Ensure that national, regional, and local marketing programs are implemented

Oversee the quality, service, and cleanliness of the establishment

On occasion, represent the establishment and network to the public and to various business associations

Through your attitude, convey St-Hubert’s principles of integrity and professionalism
