Job Description
What would you do? – The Specifics
Achieve and maintain the highest level of QSC & V
Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
Monitor sales results against budgeted.
Ensure all staff achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Provide daily and weekly statistics to Owner.
Ensure store promotions, advertising, and merchandising are in place
Hire, supervise and train
Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 Years of Managerial Experience in QSR (preferbly McDonald’s) is required
People Oriented Individual
Willing to work in team environment
Related education is a asset
Additional Information
Compensation and reward package including:
Base Salary starting at $50,000
Potential annual bonus : $6000
