Description:
Reporting to the District Manager, the Multi Site General Manager will be accountable for the delivery of the highest levels of customer and food service operations across various locations. Ensuring multiple accounts are lead in all aspects of service experience and operations support. The Multi Site General Manager will meet annual operations requirements through a high level of execution of company delivered programs and personal accountability. With a focus on team development, safety and client relations, the Multi Site General Manager will be a leader with a hands on approach to doing business.

The great things that you will be expected to do:
Deliver excellence in food service and customer service

Strategically supports the development of innovative menus and food experiences strategically for each location

Deliver company driven initiatives in service, food and safety at a high level

Working with site Operations Managers, coordinate personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labour, scheduling, staffing and training

Provide support on all local engagement activities, events, learning programs and site community events to maximize engagement impact

Train and develop team for outstanding customer service and skill building opportunities

Identify and develop talent within the team

Ensure that standards for sanitation and food safety are met

Prepare business plans, budgets and forecasts for multiple accounts

Monitor financial operating results in order to achieve company and client objectives

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all business sectors

Maintain records to comply with Aramark, and government standards

Maintain regular communication between Aramark and Client operational leads

Ensure compliance with Marketing/Communications and Human Resources Programs

Ensure adherence to Aramark’s policies and procedures

Ensure adherence to Aramark’s Health and Safety Programs

Qualifications:
University Degree or College Diploma in Hospitality management or related field

5 years progressive management experience in a similar sized operations – multi-site experience is desired

Thinks fast and shows conviction in own judgement and decisions and responds quickly under pressure

Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent follow through

Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues and staff – excellent verbal, written communications and grammar skills

Strategic, thoughtful and objective

Track record of effectively managing and delivering against multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Passion for food – culinary experience an asset.
