The College is seeking an hourly paid professor to join a dynamic team to teach a credited Cégep level course within Continuing Education for the 2021 Summer School Program. This course will most likely need to be taught ONLINE using tools such as Microsoft Teams, ZOOM, Léa and Moodle.

204-A09-HR Personal Financial Planning (45 hours)
(July 5th to July 23rd, 2021, Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.)
This course will provide students with basic personal financial planning tools and financial life skills. The course will teach students to plan for their financial future, prioritize spending, and manage their money and debt responsibly. Specifically, the course will cover topics such as personal budgeting, saving, insurance, personal credit, managing debt, and investing.

70.54$
ROLE SUMMARY
In a general way, the professor’s teaching load shall include: preparation of course outline; preparation of online classes, labs and fieldwork; teaching online classes, labs and fieldwork; adaptation; support and supervision of students; preparation, invigilation and correction of examinations; revision of corrections at the students’ request and other activities when required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum of a College diploma in Hospitality/Culinary Management, however, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred.
To have some teaching experience would be considered an asset.
