Job Description
Assess client’s backgrounds and situations and provide them with suitable programs (permanent residency and temporary) and provide immigration advice
Respond to inquiries and provide consultation services related to employment, study, visit, and immigration to Canada
Managing the initial steps of the client retention process, including Following developed sales scripts; Preparing engagement letters for client signatures; Overseeing the billing process; Collecting case-specific information and documentation from the clients; Keeping detailed notes of the consultation findings and pathways recommended; Reviewing and assessing documentation to determine applicants’ eligibility and identify any deficiencies;
Conducting initial and follow-up consultations, and advising clients on their application requirements, processes and the relevant laws applicable to their specific situations
Plan and prepare submissions for immigration applications including but not restricted to Work Permit, Temporary Residence, Permanent Residence, Permanent Resident Card, Citizenship;
Prepare correspondence and legal submission letter as required for client’s application
Verify, submit, monitor, track and report on all filed applications.
Provide up-to-date information regarding immigration application and corresponding process for clients to accessing their available options;
Make sure that the company complies with all the processes, guidelines, policies, etc. of the IRCC and the ICCRC
Manage client records and documents, according to the guidelines of the IRCC;
Communicate with clients with high level of professionalism
Assess and suggest changes to the work process, as necessary
Proactively keeping up to date with changes to immigration laws, regulations, policies/procedures and application processing times; Ensure compliance.
Process immigration application, fill out application forms, collect and prepare documents in support of the application package.
Be able to prepare customised retainer agreements for clients.
Ensuring all emails and voicemails are responded to within 24-48 hours
