Job Description
MKD Janitorial Services and Consulting Ltd. Located in Delta, BC is looking for full time permanent “Janitorial Service Manager” to join their team as soon as possible.
Job duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of building maintenance and janitorial services.
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
Plan and control budget and inventory.
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
Hire, train and supervise staff.
Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Job Requirement:
This is what you typically need for the job:
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction may be required.
One to three years of experience in the service being offered are usually required.
Salary: $ 27.00 hourly for 40 Hours per week with benefits as per company policy
