Responsibilities

• Full-stack development background and proven experience as a technical leader on Agile team(s) making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and leading system modifications.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Team Leads, Business Analysts, and technical staff to understand/interpret business requirements, create and communicate technical specifications, and lead all aspects of technical planning and execution.

• Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & understands nature of impact

• Top contributor and often enables others to contribute as well

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expected to be able to work with a diverse workforce to communicate status, estimate/prioritize work, resolve issues, and provide effective technical direction.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 250 Bloor Street East

Salary range is expected to be between

$107,730.00 CAD – $200,070.00 CAD
