TQRs:

  • MSW degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated excellence in social work practice.

Demonstrated practical application of, and/or teaching experience in, the following areas:

  • Knowledge of the theories, frameworks, practice modalities and skills informing social work practice with individuals, groups and communities.
  • Expert knowledge of the role of social workers in a social service or community setting, as well as their relationship to other professionals in these settings.
  • Demonstrate competence in engaging students in critical reflection and reflective practice.
  • Supervisory experience of stagaires and/or professional social workers.
