What will you do?
Siemens RuggedCom is a leader in the development of rugged communication networking solutions designed for mission critical applications in harsh environments. We are looking for a Data Analyst for our Concord office who would report directly to the Head of Lean & Business Excellence for the Winter Term (Jan – April, 2025); someone with good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in data analytics and automation. The responsibilities include developing data processing workflows, automation, visualization, and dashboards. You will be
Must be a student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematic with a focus on data analytics
What will you need to succeed?

Candidates must be either third-year undergraduate students or graduate students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics with a focus on data analytics.

Having completed at least one co-op term is a strong asset

The ideal candidate will be familiar with or have experience in some or all the following areas:

Python
-
SQL
-
Snowflake / dbt
-
Power BI
-
Tableau
-
Interface design concepts such as user experience, information architecture, data modelling, visual design, etc.

Strong communication and written skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Must be available for a 4-month contract starting Jan 2025

Must be available to work on-site at the Concord office an average of 2 days per week.
