Summary

The EPP acquisition marketing team is looking for an experienced strategic marketer to develop and execute marketing programs. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to deliver end-to-end marketing programs, from data analysis to 4P strategy to market execution, and taking ownership over specific channels with respect to EPP marketing execution in said channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in portfolio by playing a quarterback role from campaign conception all the way to post implementation and reporting for Bell EPP

  • Lead the EPP digital channel through working with x-functional communications and digital execution partners and owning the marketing on our EPP portal

  • Drive strategic insights by conducting data analysis to understand results, uncover opportunities and develop recommendations to grow market share with partner organizations

  • Manage customer escalations with internal stakeholders, and manage competitive responses through working x-functionally with partners internally

  • Work with partners to develop marketing communication creative, and ensure the sales channels have the right tools to drive positive results/change

  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities (i.e. new programs, campaigns, segments, targeting opportunities, data sources etc.) or improve existing strategies to maximize activations.

  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to obtain campaign/opportunity sizing, customer targeting lists and analyze results for marketing programs

  • Create & present compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment with executives and key stakeholders

Critical Qualifications

  • 2+ years marketing experience, telecommunications experience

  • University degree in business, marketing or communications an asset

  • Expertise in verbal and/or written French an asset

  • Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced market

  • Understanding of business and marketing analytics

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
