Position Summary:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead Canada, as Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator you will support the Talent Acquisition team to deliver on key recruitment initiatives and projects. In this entry-level role, you will be a vital part in supporting our recruitment processes to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced professional environment. As a TA Coordinator, you will assist with various aspects relating to recruitment and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sanofi Talent Acquisition team members with internal and external recruitment processes.

  • Researching and posting job openings on niche posting sites

  • Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in select roles (when required)

  • Utilize various channels to support TA team members with candidate sourcing to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Provide general information to applicants regarding employment opportunities, status of recruitment process.

  • Gather feedback from candidates and stakeholders to continuously improve our campus recruiting strategies and processes

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by TA leaders.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal & external logistics for high-volume hiring and networking events.

  • Produce routine reports and dashboards to support tracking and monitoring specific metrics. Take necessary follow up actions (eg. data clean-ups for worker types; job profiles; locations)

  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes.

  • Maintain Canada Recruitment email account. Investigate and respond to inquiries.

  • Remain compliant with the NA Talent Acquisition policies and processes, company policies, and provincial and federal legislation.

  • Complete all compulsory TA and company assigned training.

  • Other duties as assigned.

HSE Requirement/Statement:

  • Works in full compliance with the policies, procedures and standards as required by the Company and under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other related legislation.

Basic qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, post-secondary education courses in Human Resource, Business Management/Administration, or other related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

  • Bilingual French/English capabilities are preferred.

  • Must be legally qualified to work in Canada for Sanofi.

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to collaborate and work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently.

  • Customer service focus

  • Strong organization and time management capabilities, with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interest in pursuing future studies or a career in a People & Culture/Human Resources field.
