Lecturer, Educational Psychology and Special Education

Applications are invited from qualified individuals for a full time, 2-year limited term appointment as Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology and Special Education, College of Education, commencing July 1, 2021.

The Department seeks a dynamic, collaborative, learner-centered educator with with expertise to teach both web-based and in-person courses at the undergraduate level. Candidates must have a completed Masters or Doctoral Degree in educational psychology (including but not limited to, measurement and evaluation and special education). Ideal candidates will have experience teaching adult learners and/or in K-12 education and preference will be given to those eligible for certification with the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board.

The successful candidate will be actively engaged in teaching undergraduate (teacher education) and potentially post-degree certificate courses, such as the psychological foundations of teaching and learning, classroom assessment, designing supports to meet diverse student needs, and have the capacity to facilitate inquiry learning.

Salary band for this post as Lecturer is: $81,678 to $121,278.
