Maintenance Manager

POSITION: Maintenance Manager REPORTS TO: Director, Operations

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance team! Our Maintenance Manager is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day and long term goals for the maintenance team!

EXPERIENCE

You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor or similar role

You have at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance environment

NICE-TO-HAVE

5th Class Steam Engineering certification

THINGS YOU WILL DO…

Organize maintenance work assignments within appropriate timeframes and manage the department budget

Lead, coach and develop your maintenance team

Set-up, maintain, and manage preventative maintenance systems, inspection routines, scheduling, training and more

Coordinate contractors’ activities and uphold communication with stakeholders as needed

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and safety objectives
