Optimize the sales and profitability of the store while respecting guidelines, policies and procedures. Maintain the image of the banner in terms of products offered, presentation and customer service. Ensure that the store is profitable and that it operates effectively. Motivate staff and secure their loyalty.

Aptitude for interpersonal relations, for client satisfaction and for motivating employees

Entrepreneurial and result oriented

Strong sales ability

Provide the supervision and leadership necessary for staff, create a team of motivated

Main Responsibilities are:
Optimize sales and opportunities for profit while also controlling expenses

Maintain levels of inventory and design effective merchandising plans

Increase market share by responding to consumers’ needs, market trends and competitors’ activities

Motivate staff and encourage them in their duties

Ensure the ongoing quality of customer service and offer an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years experience in retail sales environment

Experience at increasing levels of responsibility required

Assume responsibility for all aspects pertaining to the store and its assets
