Our Management Development Program consists of working in one of our stores in a supervisory capacity and training in all areas of the business. Upon successful completion of the training program, and based on relocation availability, individuals are offered the management of a Giant Tiger franchise.

We are looking for someone to join our team in St. Paul, Alberta.

As a store manager, you will:

  • influence the results, including sales and profit
  • determine your store’s product assortment through buying to the needs of the community
  • be actively involved and connect with the store’s local community
  • be part of a profitable Canadian owned company with more than 50 years of proven success

Requirements:

  • A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
  • Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software”
