The Headlines:
In the role of Materials Manager working out of our Montreal Brewery, you will be responsible for key material categories that have multiple site scope, including but not limited to capital materials. The role will lead process improvement activities within the team. They will also support the Montreal Materials Planning team.
The Responsibilities :
Manage material categories that require central co-ordination. Responsible for managing MRP signal to suppliers, ordering materials into breweries and managing inventory levels.
Capital Material budget and managing Molson owned bottle, keg and pallet floats.
Support process improvement and standardization projects for the Materials team as directed by Senior Manager.
Secondary support of the Montreal materials planning team.
Integrate with Procurement, Inventory Planning and PMO teams
The Other Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a University Degree or greater (Preferred in Business, Supply Chain or Egineering).
You have 8-10 years inventory planning experience in CPG, Food or Pharmaceutical
APICS or other supply chain designation considered an asset
SAP material management experience – master data settings
Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma Greenbelt an asset – DMAIC process review)
Detail Oriented and skilled problem solver
An excellent communicator, enjoy working as a team, and capable of working under pressure
You are a Change agent
You have Budget experience
You are fully bilingual
