Marketing Manager – Digital & Direct

Overview:
Supports all Digital and Direct Marketing content and platforms for 7-Eleven Canada.

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing experience: CRM, Ecommerce, SEO, SEM, Email, Google Analytics

Monitors relevant data (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn, etc.) to provide feedback & suggesting areas and strategies for improvement

Proven ability to influence the customer and achieve results through organized business planning and stakeholder / team collaboration.

Understand and influence content development and customer messaging in support of brand building, marketing and traffic driving purposes

Plan, brief and lead execution of campaigns, promotions and partnerships.

Measure campaign results and identify insights to drive strategies and plans to continually grow engagement.

Execute other projects as requested by Sr Mgr Mktg & Communications

Qualifications:
A business strategist: Innovative strategist with strong business acumen who can determine quantitative and qualitative brand objectives for all channels

A content marketer: Consistently re-evaluates and develops strategic communication to stores / customers

A partner and collaborator: Develops internal & external partnerships that extend and build the brand through the management of these partnerships, focuses on increasing traffic and revenue gains with the ecommerce business

Successful Candidate(s)/ Experience:
Education: Degree in Business, with an emphasis in marketing / ecommerce

4 years of business experience focused on digital/ data driven marketing.

Ability to influence across functional areas that do not directly report to him/her

Proven ability to influence strategy, drive tactical shifts resulting in customer response through data analysis and insights

Strong interpersonal skills.
