Office Manager

An assertive, solution-focused attitude – taking ownership of the role with excellent follow through

4 or more years of Office Management or similar experience

Intermediate or greater knowledge of Quickbooks is essential

Experience in the Construction industry is an asset but not essential

Duties will include;

Administrative and office support responsibilities:

  • Monitoring company email and filtering messages as required
  • Answering phone calls, assisting clients and taking messages
  • Ordering and tracking supplies, and general upkeep of the office space
  • Tracking and maintaining inventory of tools and site supplies
  • Assisting the Principal and other team members with various projects
  • Organising team meetings and events

Accounting responsibilities:
Data entry

Credit card reconciliations

Invoicing

Pulling AP and AR reports

Creating cheques and deposits

Bill payments

Miscellaneous tasks for marketing, sales, and operations projects as required

This position is full time, with working hours being Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm at our office in Olympic Village.

Compensation is based on skill & experience (hourly rate $23-$26). Health and dental benefits are available at 6 months.
