STRATEGIST
- Create a strategic 360° business plan to defend, re-evaluate, intensify existing or win new festival partnerships while managing the national festival budget. Lead the negotiations with the major festival partners, and support regional Field and On Premise teams in their negotiations.- Create the trade marketing business plan based on insights and the national On Premise Marketing priorities for National Accounts in close alignment with the Director of National Accounts.- Create, lead and support Red Bull consumer & industry events and tradeshows including x-departmental alignments.
EXECUTER
- Develop trade tools & POS creatives based on insights and according to Red Bull brand & On Premise standards with external agencies and in collaboration with our Brand Marketing team to support the national product- and occasion strategy & to drive sales.- Work with the Global team to customize trade tools, POS creative and On Premise programs for the Canadian market.- Lead and coordinate the execution of festivals with the regional teams and 3rd parties according to our Hi5s, event infrastructure and national product offer strategy.- Develop & implement tailored strategies for key customers that drive sales alongside the sales team.- Support the sales team creating national & international experiences for key customers and company internal meetings.
COACH, AMBASSADOR & MANAGER
- Be the first point of contact for trade related topics for our entire On Premise organization.- Develop and share best practices across the On Premise organization.- Provide accurate reporting for On Premise trade initiatives and Brand Occasions execution in the On Premise.- Application manager for Red Bull sales tools & POS;- Be the peer to the Global application team and the Canadian On Premise organization.- Coach the sales team on all applications and update team and application back end when needed.- Secure data quality together with our Senior Commercial Data Manager.- Coach the teams in the trade in Hi5 Excellence Execution, POS tools & On Premise Marketing strategy.- Develop effective relationships with the entire On Premise team, Marketing team, Off Premise Sales team, and with other internal & external peers.- Lead and manage the relationships with our external agency partners.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
+4 years in marketing in a commercial environment, preferred in On Premise
Strong grasp of marketing processes and trends a must
Exceptional planning, event management & project management experience
Working previously with creative, experiential and/or production agencies is a big plus
Must be proficient in MS Office
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade
Strategic thinking and visionary
Strong analytical skills with sales data
Strong budget skills Strong collaborative communication & teamwork skills
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
Strong work ethic & self-motivated; must be able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in marketing & sales or economical background
Travel up to 25%
